Musket Bay Mitigation Bank, a project of Flint Timber II, L.P., has recently been approved by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Mitigation Banking Review Team for Georgia. The bank is currently under construction with over 150,000 trees to be planted this winter. Please see our mitigation banks page for more information and construction updates.

Georgia recently passed SB 460 that revised the state’s erosion and sediment control laws as they relate to the stream buffer variance process.
